Last month, the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council teamed up with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber to host an engaging workshop for employers focused on the advantages and essential considerations of adopting fair chance hiring practices.
Executive Director, Timothy Tardibono, highlighted the workshop's mission to educate and inspire employers to create more inclusive workplaces. Attendees also had the opportunity to explore an expo, where hiring managers could connect directly with organizations eager to support justice-involved individuals who are ready to make their mark in the workforce.
